Newlywed will take reasonable steps to keep secure any personal information which we hold and to keep this information accurate and up to date. Personal information is stored in a secure server or secure files.

Transmission of Payment Details?

Newlywed offers 2 online payment methods:

1) ANZ eGate -- Visa and MasterCard Accepted

2) PayPal -- Visa, MasterCard and PayPal Accepted

Newlywed does not handle card information directly. If choosing to pay through ANZ eGate, you will be redirected to ANZ's secure gateway. If choosing to pay by PayPal, you will be redirected to PayPal's secure gateway.

Upon completion of payment, you will be redirected to Newlywed to complete your order.

Changes to this Privacy Policy?

It may be necessary for us to review and revise our Privacy Policy from time to time. An amended version will be posted on our website. We suggest that you visit our website regularly to keep up to date with any changes.

Refunds?

If for any reason you are not satisfied with any purchases you make from this site simply return your purchase within 14 days for a full refund - no questions asked. Sorry we cannot refund freight charges on delivery and return of goods.

How to make a return?

All we ask is that you print and fill in the Returns Form below, and return the product in its original condition with its packaging. We will also need a copy of your order confirmation record.
